Lasik type hoods are generally used in kitchens where small exhaust flows occur. The cooker hood only removes the oily fumes generated during cooking. The classic type hoods extract the exhaust air from the environment by means of a single aspirator with the help of the duct to the outside air.

The hood has a condensation channel that covers all around. This type of hoods are manufactured with filter for use in their place instead the high performance hoods if they are not used.

All parts of the classic type hoods are made of 100% AISI 304 stainless steel. It can be manufactured from galvanized steel or AISI 316 stainless steel sheet.

Sealing elements or welded joints are used where necessary. The hood is rounded, free of burrs, and has a condensate channel that covers the hood all around. Bottom joints are joined by sealed welded construction to prevent harmful water from dripping.

Classic type hoods are manufactured in two different types as wall type and island type.
