BACK DRAFT DAMPERS

• Chasis and blades are made of galvanised steel sheet or aluminum profile.
• Back Draft damper is designed to prevent back-flow when fan motor is off and to open when fan motor is on. Provides one-way flow in ducting system.
• Has two models: Standart Model (BDD-142) and Circular Model (BDD-242).
• Reduces the heat loss and prevents ingress of dust, rain, insect and bird when system is off.
• Optional: Flow rate – Pressure settings can be done with balance load.
• Provides fast response against extreme pressure changes in the ducting system by opening blades.

• High resistance against corrosion.
• Two hours resistance at 1000ºC.
• Installed on wall partitions/penetration holes where ducting pass through.
• Has four models: Standard Model (FD-143), Circular Model (FD-243), Servo-motorized Model (FD-343), Servo-motorized Circular Model (FD-443).
• Manufactured with electrical driven spring return actuator including electro thermal fuse set at 72ºC (+/- 4 ºC), or manufactured with manual including mechanical thermal fuse set at 72ºC (+/- 4 ºC).

• Usable of providing fresh air in steady flow rate at ventilating systems. Able to be used for both supply and return air ducts.
• Designed for applications that have high velocity air flows or variable flow rates at single duct.
• On request, chassis interior can be covered with heat and sound isolation.
• Has two models: Prismatic model (VAV-151) and Circular model (VAV-251).
• All VAV-units are equipped with an electronic velocity control device, a servo-motor and a pressure sensor. Requested pressure value is provided independently of resident constant or variable air flow rate.

V.A.V. TERMINAL UNIT (V.A.V.Box)

• Equipped with an electronic velocity control device, servo-motor, pressure sensor, internal sound attenuator and electrical heat controller device. Requested pressure value is provided independently of resident constant or variable air flow rate.
• By using VTU-052 Terminal Unit, air velocity and temperature CAN be adjusted, as well as adjusting flow rate with other VAV models.

C.A.V. CONTROL DAMPERS

• Has two models: Prismatic model (CAV-153) and Circular model (CAV-253).
• Operates at pressure levels between 50 and 1000 Pa and air velocity between 2,2 and 10m/s.
